Downtown Dubai is about to welcome its newest culinary address as Solara opens in Q4. Conceived as a sun-drenched gathering place, Solara blends the soul of the Mediterranean with the spice and warmth of Arabia. A stunning pool anchors the venue, creating a chic poolside setting with uninterrupted views of the Burj Khalifa.

The menu celebrates bold, ingredient-driven cooking designed for connection. Highlights include Hazelnut Hummus with smoked olive oil and sesame lavash, Truffled Milk-Fed Veal Carpaccio with winter truffle and caper flowers and a Prime Meat Mixed Grill Platter featuring charcoal-kissed kofta, lamb chops, marinated baby chicken and beef skewers. The Grilled Harissa Prawns with charred lemon and broccolini bring heat, while the Creamy Burrata with oven-baked tomatoes, pistachio pesto and Dibba honey makes a fitting finale.
